Delete your data
Jotflow keeps your notes on your phone, so you are in control of deleting them.
Delete data saved on your phone
- Open Jotflow → Settings → Backup & account.
- Choose Delete all data and confirm.
You can also uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Android Settings → Apps → Jotflow → Storage.
Delete a Jotflow account and cloud backup
The current version has no accounts and stores nothing on our servers, so there is nothing to delete there. When optional backup is released, you will be able to delete your account and all cloud data from Settings → Backup & account → Delete account (you confirm by typing DELETE). Deletion removes the account and every backed-up note within one minute.
Ask us to delete it for you
Email buffersoltechnologies@gmail.com from the address you signed in with. We will confirm once your data is deleted.
